Why invest in coaching?

Slowing down feels good.

Slowing down helps us develop a sense of well-being and gives us space to self-reflect, be discerning, and take effective action.
Coaching creates a pause in the frenzy of life to gain perspective. The goal is to work through what’s holding you back and develop a sense of wholeness that expands your ability to live with more grace and resilience.

How I work with clients.

Together, we’ll create a safe space dedicated to bringing out the best in you.

We’ll work on deepening your connection to your body sensations and intuition.

We’ll clear the slate by releasing stories and habits that no longer work.

We’ll explore how small changes + new perspectives open possibilities.

Our work together will be a catalyst.

Background Information

Beth is building an integrative program that connects people to their power and supports them as they find new ways to navigate their lives.  She loves seeing people bring their unique gifts and authentic presence to what they value most.

She is on her own journey - growing an organization, raising dynamic daughters, and nourishing her marriage. She’s obessed with systems theory and understanding how small shifts in our daily lives creates big ripples in the world.

When she’s not coaching, writing, or teaching, you can find her dancing in her kitchen or in the middle of the wilderness. She lives in the Rocky Mountains with her husband Sloan, aka the Big Guy, and her horse obsessed daughters Stella and Sadie.

Training + Experience

Over the last 25 years, Beth has logged countless hours coaching, teaching, tutoring, volunteering, and leading and contributing to educational boards. Her passion is to create interesting conversations and adventures wherever she goes.
